of Phi Theta Chi Sorority chosen by active sisters.
WHO ARE
Phi Thets' Phinest?
First place receives
the title of Mr. Phi Thet,
a $100 scholarship,
and the privilege of being able to wear Phi Theta Chi's letters.
Phi Thets' Phinest can be anyone who is interested in being a male representative for Phi Theta Chi Sorority!
WHO CAN BE
Phi Thets' Phinest?
Second place receives the title of Mr. Congeniality.
