About Us
Phi Theta Chi is currently the only local sorority at Winona State University. Our organization was founded in 1991, in Winona, Minnesota. We are unique in that we govern ourselves in everything that we do. No sister is alike—we accept everyone and do not discriminate. We all come with different interests, backgrounds, and characteristics that make us a very diverse group!
